Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at the Brankholm Media Limited website (the "Service") operated by Brankholm Media Limited ("us", "we", or "our").
Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Media & Creative Services
Our creative services, including production timelines, deliverables, and payment terms, will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms are incorporated by reference into any such agreement. Due to the subjective nature of creative work, Brankholm Media Limited provides specific revision rounds as detailed in your SOW. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Unless specifically transferred in writing, Brankholm Media Limited retains ownership of all working files, raw footage, and source code. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use final deliverables for the purpose outlined in the SOW. All third-party assets (stock footage, fonts) remain the property of their respective owners.
Payment Terms & Timelines
Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, a deposit (typically 50%) is required before the commencement of any production or development work. Final delivery of assets (videos, websites, brand files) is contingent upon full settlement of the remaining balance.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Specific terms regarding the termination of ongoing production or retainer contracts will be detailed in your Service Agreement.
